Save the Date: November 9/10, 2024!

LHS Class of ’99 Reunion!

With the terrific response on the survey from our class, we have landed on the November 9/10, 2024 weekend for our 25-year reunion.  

Please mark your calendars for this weekend! 

We will follow-up with event details as these firm (as well as a formal RSVP) over the coming months.  We will use your survey responses to guide our planning for the event.  If you have not yet provided input, please do so here - and please circulate the survey to other classmates!

We’re also very excited about all the additions that we’ve had to our class Facebook group.  Please continue to invite your friends from our class to join.

As well, responses so far to our survey have expressed a clear preference for inviting LHS teachers and friends from adjacent years (e.g., 1998 and 2000 grads).  Please relay these details and invite any interested former LHS teachers and friends to join on social media.

In advance of the reunion, we are also keen to hear what everyone has been up to for the last quarter century!  We have created a “Where are they now?” section for our webpage and will post the updates that classmates.  We’d love to hear from YOU and please provide a 250-word text along with a photo (or give your OK to use your Clan Call graduation photo) and any e-mail addresses or links to social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn) at which classmates can reach you.  You can send your update to reunion@leasidehighschool1999.ca 

Finally, please continue to send in pictures (or post on our Facebook page) from Leaside life together in decades past!  You all no doubt have many snapshots in shoeboxes (back from when you waited a week for your Kodak film to be processed at Shoppers) and we hope to assemble a collection of this 90s nostalgia for the “Memories” section on the website.

Otherwise, we are VERY excited to see everyone in November!
